Windows Media Player 9 screen captures ignore aspect ratio and squish your video. Video is hell, give me code.

SWFObject and Flash FLV player only seem to work nice with absolute URLs.
Stupid flash video encoder always squishes to 4:3. Where’s the “Don’t fuck up my video” checkbox?
